We have two main houses, each house has a living room, a dining room, a kitchen and a large terrace overlooking the pool.
The rooms have heating in the bedroom and bathroom, King or Queen beds, 2 types of pillows, 2 USB plugs on both sides of the bed, type A and type C, safe, fan, LED lighting, closet, hairdryer, magnifying mirror in the bathrooms, card locks and satellite Wifi first level.

LOCAL TAX LAW
Based on local tax laws,Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.
